I bought the base size. It's not my regular toy yet, but not because it's not an amazing toy. I bought additional softness. It's worth it. I wonder what would packer feel like - probably even better. This is amazing!!!! I have never ridden a dildo as long as I have this one. I got the medium and I am so happy with it. The balls are huge and beautiful. The Omega 4xl is a fantastic anal intrusion device. The huge set of balls, besides being gorgeous, provide a stable platform for insertion of the massive dildo in one’s butt.
