I have this in the medium, 7.9" around and 9" instertable. It is the right length to easily fit in full length without any discomfort after a warmup and it is also long enough to enter the second opening if I am relaxed enough. It seems my second opening is at about 9" but more can go in with no discomfort without entering the second opening. Circumference wise it is very comfortable but the medium Rentman requires a warmup otherwise discomfort will result. Even with my largest circumference toy being the 11" around Hankey Atlas this medium Rentman remains in use. Things quickly revert to near prior tightness despite having been filled with the 11" around Atlas only an hour before. This toy is my smallest Hankey toy but it sees alot of use.
