I have this in the medium, 7.9" around and 9" instertable. It is the right length to easily fit in full length without any discomfort after a warmup and it is also long enough to enter the second opening if I am relaxed enough. It seems my second opening is at about 9" but more can go in with no discomfort without entering the second opening. Circumference wise it is very comfortable but the medium Rentman requires a warmup otherwise discomfort will result. Even with my largest circumference toy being the 11" around Hankey Atlas this medium Rentman remains in use. Things quickly revert to near prior tightness despite having been filled with the 11" around Atlas only an hour before. This toy is my smallest Hankey toy but it sees alot of use. Overall a wonderful dildo! The size and shape of it are really fun to take as it is a challenge but not uncomfortably so. But what I wouldn't give for a dual density version of this impressive guy. The Medium Firm density is great for a stable structure but sometimes I find the realistic skin texture a bit distracting in this firmer silicone. If it were a bit softer on the outside only or was a bit smoother overall I think it would have absolutely perfect. My only other complaint is that my particular Rentman had a strong chemical smell when I unwrapped him. It took a number of washings to get the smell out but even now it lingers a tiny bit.

Good products but a bit hard to get the size right. I have bought more than 8 dildos from them and I can only use 5 of them. Since they don’t do returns that’s quite a waste of hard earned cash.

I got The Rentman in size small, 75% softness, and the natural tan color. I also got the Vac-U-Lock attachment hole. I LOVE this dildo! I'm glad I got it in the softer material - because it's one of the larger dildos I own, the softer firmness makes it a bit easier to take. The material is pretty similar to the soft option from other companies I've used. I didn't think I could take the whole thing, but with a little lube and patience, the whole thing felt incredible! Super realistic too, both in looks and feeling. Really love how it stretches me out. The 75% soft is probably a little too soft for strap-on use though - so if you're looking to strap with it, the firmer option may be a better choice. The Vac-U-Lock attachment hole adds a lot of versatility. Material is 100% silicone, so I know it's body-safe and safe to sterilize in boiling water.
