I bought the small/medium which is perfect for me and my husbear. But do not listen if he tries to tell you that you don't need the "extra" support strap for a dildo. You definitely need it to support the weight of a silicone toy above a small from Mr.Hankey. And tighten the straps as snuggly as you can. The tighter you can get them the more naturally you can peg or pound your partner.

Easy to wear and put on. Wide belt strap and holster style of wearing makes it comfortable and no pinching. Perfect accessory for the uncut large Lampwick i also ordered. Soon to be playing wide receiver, instead of tight end. Lol. I have 2 toys from hankeys and will add more. Love them both.

Great piece of gear!! Works perfectly for medium and small attachments. Havent tried anything larger than a medium hanky yet. Although, like others have said, the legstraps are too short for large thighs. The placement of the leg straps dont pinch in sensitive areas and waist band is solid and buckle was well placed for one handed adjustment. Snaps are very secure. Padded vacuum attachment is well placed above your existing equipment.

Great product, decent quality for the price. Vacu Lock works great with even the heaviest largest toys we have so far. Only complaint is leg straps could be a little more accommodating for us big boys (a bit of a squeeze)

I’m a big guy the waist belt fits but the leg loops are way to short strap hold Thor’s hammer up not to bad wife likes that leather is heavy only complaint is the leg loops need to be made much longer
